The construction of the second Ostseekai terminal building for cruise passengers is about to start. The two-storey building of 3,700 m2 has been designed by the consortium 'Terminalgebaude Liegeplatz 28 GbR' comprising Architekten Hillenkamp & Roselius and the Architect's Office Ladwig.
