Ballast Needham and HBG consolidate dredging companies

Ballast Needham and HBG have agreed to merge their dredging activities in a new joint venture. Following what the companies describe as "intensive negotiations conducted in recent months," the companies have signed a memorandum of understanding involving Ballast Needham Baggeren BV (BNB) and Hollandsche Aanneming Maatschappij BV (HAM).
