On an end table next to my living room couch, a frame displays the traditional picture of my husband and me cutting our wed-ding cake. Five minutes later, though, a new picture inside the frame shows me dancing with my father. Keep looking and you'll soon see the transition to a group portrait of the groomsmen. This frame isn't static, it's become a portal to a collection, or album, of moments captured at my wedding. In a nutshell, this is the promise of digital photography fulfilled. Digital technology isn't just about a new way to take pictures.
