SAVE THE SALT

This week, we got a disturbing email from our friends at the SEMA Action Network. In spite of years of working closely with mining interests and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, it looks like we're losing the battle to save the Bonneville Salt Flats, and it can all be prevented. The Bonneville Salt Flats are the wondrous place where motor-sports began, only now you don't have to fly to Utah. During the winter, you can probably find parts of the Salt Flats melting ice on city roads. If this continues, one day the only place you'll be able to find the Salt Flats is on city streets.
