Fugly floormats, cheapo seat covers, goofy gauge locations-a lot of little things can screw up an otherwise nice interior. There is one part that stands out as the worst place to miss the mark, though: the steering wheel. That's because despite its relatively small size, the steering wheel dominates the interior and is the biggest thing your eye is drawn to. From a practical standpoint, you want a wheel that feels good in your hands for hours on end, or when gripped tightly while cornering. But it also needs to flow with the style and look of the rest of the interior.
