摘要

The aim of the article is the acquaintance with the technology elaboration for the full metals extraction using the secondary tails without any restrictions on sanitary conditions simultaneously reducing the ecological load on environment. The methods of proof comprise the systemization and critical analysis of the publications concerning the ore enrichment and retreatment tails, the results of the technological and economic research, the retrospective evaluation and scientific prediction of perspectives. The brief information on mechanochemical technology of metals leachingin disintegrator is presented. The technology link with the nature protection technology of the deposits mining by technogenic holes filling with the hardening mixtures is shown. The experimental research results of the metallic components extraction in solution by comparing the agitation leaching methods and leaching in disintegrator are set out. The similar research results on the enrichment tails of the iron ores and coal are presented. It is clear that the non - waste disposal of the metal contains wastes can be profitable even without product manufacturing in terms of the environment ecology bettering and the efficiency determination model is recommended. Some aspects of the mechanochemical technology objects properties changes are stressed. The correctness of the mechanochemical leaching technology in disintegrator is experimentally proved on various mineral types and leads to the conclusion that non - waste disposal of the metal containing waste can be used for the restoration and strengthening of the mines potential in the producing regions ecology.
