摘要

Pulp and paper mill is considered as one of the important contributor to industrial water pollution. The waste water generated is highly polluted and responsible for number of hazards. Many treatment technologies were already in practice, among which bioremediation is less economical and ecofriendly approach to treat the effluent. In the present investigation Aspergillus flavus was used to determine the potential to treat the paper mill effluent. Results showed best bioremediation potential of Aspergillus flavus and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) revealed statistical significant relationship. Aspergillus flavus proved efficiency in treatment of paper mill effluent.
