Jean-Marie Rambaud and EFCA

摘要

In the beginning of this century Jean-Marie Rambaud, in his position as APPA's Executive officer, became acquainted with EFCA of which APPA is one of the found-ing members. As APPA's delegate in EFCA since 2003 and in subsequent years as its vice-president and, from 2009, president, the relation turned out to be a perfect match, both for EFCA and for his association.
