摘要

Lubin Copper Basin is a place where strong mining-induced seismic events take place. Today we are capable to determine the seismic moment tensor mechanisms of most of these events. The moment tensor solutions may give not only the parameters of mechanism itself, but also - in case of relatively good focal sphere coverage - give some insight into vertical source location, which is normally poorly resolved due to limited vertical distribution of sensors and to the geology.
