The Northern Ireland Association of Churchill Fellows this year held its Annual Dinner in the Belfast Harbour Commissioners' Offices. The outgoing chairman, Stephen White OBE welcomed guests who included this year: Julia Weston the new CEO of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust; Dr David Dobbin CBE chairman of Belfast Harbour Commissioners; Dame Mary Peters; Viscount Brookeborough; and, Stratton Mills MP. Stratton Mills provided an entertaining account of his interactions with Sir Winston during the last few years of the great man's life in Parliament.
