POLICE MALE VOICE CHOIR ANNUAL CONCERT

On Saturday 25th March the Police Male Voice Choir's annual concert took place. This was the thirty eighth successive year in which the concert has taken place. Their guests on the night were the Pipes and Drums of the Police Service of Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland Concert Band (formerly the Fire and Rescue Service Band) and the Northern Ireland Military Wives Choir. The evening was compered by Gene Fitzpatrick whose humour kept the large audience entertained. A varied musical programme culminated in the finale which involved all of the participants in a rendition of 'I Dreamed a Dream' from Les Miserables. At the end of the evening many of the audience, which included guests of the Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross Foundation, approached choir members to thank them for a wonderful evening of music.
