Council decided that, subject to costs being kept under control, the 2010 Delegate Assembly should be held in Belfast (dates confirmed as 14-15 April). Council noted the Northern Ireland Branch Committee was keen for the conference to be taken to Northern Ireland, but unfortunately it had not been possible to find a suitable venue.
