Safe Water Groups starts making waves

As the Purpose of the Institute is 'to enhance the safety and health of the public' and part of our Vision is ... improved safety and health through correctly installed, commissioned, maintained and decommissioned plumbing and heating systems' the work of the Safe Water Group is central to the CIPHE. To provide up-to-date authoritative guidance, a team of experts from various fields have been brought together under the Chairmanship of Dr Steve Tuckwell (former MD of WRAS). The bodies represented in the Group include: the Royal Society of Public Health, Department of Health, Health Protection Agency, National House Building Council, Copper Development Association and British Plastics Federation.
