Southwestern Ohio AYPs Host Successful Local Tours

According to Andrew Hem-melgarn, CPD, who is the ASPE Young Professionals Liaison for the Southwestern Ohio Chapter, the Chapter's young engineers and designers have recently combined networking with education during tours of local facilities. They partnered with the local Young Engineers in ASHRAE group for a tour of Rhinegeist Brewery, where they learned the processes, pumps, and piping that go into creating a favorite beer. They also toured the power plant serving the University of Cincinnati, which generates massive amounts of steam that it distributes to both the main and east campuses.
