Water Byelaws 2004: Scottish Water and the Plumbing Industry Licensing Scheme (Scotland and N. Ireland)

Scottish Water is hoping to plumb in to a new interest in water byelaws following the appointment of a specialist co-ordinator. In the recent past, Scottish Water has had something of a leaky relationship with SNIPEF and the lumbing Industry in Scotland.
