Hong Kong—China has issued a second listnof producers and traders that were grantednexport quotas for antimony, tin, indium andnsilver for the rest of 2013, the Ministry ofnCommerce said late on July 1.nChina, within a year, typically issues twonsets of export quotas on certain nonferrousnmetals, which aim to limit output of metalsnproduced in energy-intensive industries and tonprotect the country’s available resources,nChinese traders said earlier.
