US Central day-ahead on-peak power prices fell Thursday as temperatures are expected to remain unseasonably warm across most of the region on Friday. Most of the central and eastern US states will continue to see warmer-than-average temperatures on Friday, the National Weather Service said, adding that forecast highs are between 15 and 30 degrees Fahrenheit above average from the Lower Mississippi Valley to the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
