Generators are taking FERC to court over an exemption from ISO NewrnEngland's buyer-side market power mitigation rules granted tornrenewable energy resources.rnNextEra Energy Resources, the NRG Companies and the PSEGrnCompanies petitioned the DC Circuit Court of Appeals Monday tornreview a string of FERC orders stemming from tariff revisions originally given the nod in May 2014.
