ERCOT stakeholders debate Southern Cross Transmission membership status

During ERCOT's Technical Advisory Committee meeting, Vickie Leady, ERCOT assistant general counsel, and Jon Levine, senior corporate counsel, presented for stakeholder discussion potential updates to the ERCOT articles of incorporation and bylaws, including a member segment designation for Southern Cross Transmission, which would operate a DC tie linking East Texas to the Eastern Interconnect and providing 345kV AC, 500 kV DC and 500 kV AC transmission through Louisiana and Mississippi.
