Wintry weather, forecast across West Texas over the next several daysand this coming weekend, could bring wellhead freeze-offs andproduction cuts back to the Permian Basin as winterization efforts bythe Texas legislature and the Texas Railroad Commission comeincreasingly into focus.From Dec. 6 to Dec. 7, temperatures in West Texas cities Midlandand Odessa are forecast to drop into the low-30s Fahrenheit with evencolder weather in the mid-20s expected over this coming weekend,data compiled by S&P Global Platts Analytics shows.
