Platinum group metal refiner Johnson Matthey has partnered up withUS fuel-cell and electrolyzer-maker Plug Power to speed up delivery ofadvanced materials for next-generation electrolyzer technology forgreen hydrogen, both companies said May 26.JM, the world’s largest maker and recycler of platinum groupmetals, said that the two companies had signed a memorandum ofunderstanding in order to develop a roadmap to accelerate the jointdevelopment of high-performance electrolyzer technology.
