ERCOT expects wind generation to continue declining over the next three days, rebounding on Nov. 12, according to grid operator data. 5. Natural gas prices at the Houston Ship Channel hub inched up, gaining 2 cents to about $2.76/MMBtu for Nov. 10 flow. 6. ERCOT demand, in contrast, is forecast to fall on Nov. 10. The grid operator projects a peak demand of 44,637 MW, 6% lower than the day before. 7. Temperatures across the ERCOT region are forecast to fall 2-3 degrees on the day, ranging from the mid 70s to low 80s Fahrenheit, according to the US National Weather Service.
