A wind developer and a utility holding company have brought online orannounced they intend to build more than 1,800 MW of wind capacity inNew Mexico.Pattern Development said Wednesday it completed the third phase ofits 544-MW Grady Wind generation facility in eastern New Mexico whosepower it intends to deliver to California and sell under a 25-year powerpurchase agreement to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District.
