On Thursday, Mid-Columbia hourly bilateral prices averaged $11.44/MWhfor on-peak Thursday flow hours, well below the previous day strip at$18.88/MWh.The off-peak hours averaged slightly higher at $13.28/MWh downfrom the previous day at $18.50/MW as milder temperatures emergedin the region.The Mid-C day-ahead on-peak package assessed Wednesday forThursday delivery was at $14.51/MWh, down almost $2 from theprevious day-ahead package. This was about $3 above the hourlyon-peak strip. The corresponding day-ahead off peak package was at$8.85/MWh down about $3 from Wednesday levels of $11.92/MWh. Thiswas about well below the hourly off-peak strip.
