PJM power prices dipped slightly Friday, tracking lower demand andnatural gas prices.PJM West Hub on-peak day-ahead ticked down, trading on theIntercontinental Exchange just under $22.50/MWh.AD Hub on-peak day-ahead notched down even further, with bid/offer activity around $23/MWh.AD Hub on-peak weekend package prices were just slightly underthe day-ahead price activity, with a bid/offer midpoint around $22/MWh.Regional power demand is forecast to decrease, putting pressureon PJM pricing. According to regional transmission organization data,PJM total demand is projected to fall from 101,700 MW Friday to99,000 MW Monday. Looking at the weekend, demand is projected tofall even further, to 94,700 MW Sunday.
