President Donald Trump singled out New York and its governor,Democrat Andrew Cuomo, for his opposition to new natural gaspipelines in the state during a speech at an industry conference inPittsburgh Wednesday.Major lines have been stalled or blocked on state authority inrecent years, including the Williams-led Constitution Pipeline and thePennEast Pipeline systems, which would deliver natural gas fromMarcellus Shale fields to New Jersey, New York and easternPennsylvania.
