The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has a plan to deal withrecusal issues, which have caused two hotly contested ISO NewEngland rate changes to take effect automatically and further delayeda highly anticipated PJM Interconnection capacity auction, ChairmanNeil Chatterjee said Thursday."I think we've done a good job of mapping out where we mighthave recusal issues, and we've got a strategy in place for how to tackleit," Chatterjee told reporters at the National Clean Energy Weeksymposium in Washington.
