Northeastern power dailies strengthened across the board Tuesday as natural gas prices and power demand increased. In ISO New England, Mass Hub day-ahead on-peak climbed $4 to trade in the upper $20s/MWh on the Intercontinental Exchange for Wednesday delivery, the highest price for the month to date. Algonquin city-gates spot gas rose about 11 cents Tuesday to $2.185/MMBtu for Wednesday flow.
