The bulk of Northeast natural gas prices rose in trading Tuesday, aside from a few locations with scheduled maintenance, as total demand was forecast to rise with cooler-than-average weather hitting the region. TETCO M3 increased 8 cents to settle at $1.56/MMBtu for nextday flows, while Algonquin city-gates increased 3 cents to settle at $1.77/MMBtu.
