And CaliforniaIndependent System Operator’s Western EIM is growing steadily, withnine active participants and eight more slated to join.The Pacific Northwest, which is a net exporter of power to the EIM,is seeing different load shapes in the gas market as the EIM grows,said Gary Venz, manager of marketing services for Williams NorthwestPipeline.
