Pipeline access key to $5 billion TNK-BP gas project

Anglo-Russian joint venture TNK-BP estimates the total cost of fully developing its Rospan gas project in the northern Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region in Russia at $5 billion, according to Rospan's general director Dmitry Orlov.
