Fukushima and post-Fukushima

Fukushima is different to past nuclear accidents in that it was clearly the result of a natural disaster, rather than human error or incompetence. It will cause a widespread review of the industry, but the worst damage to nuclear prospects will be in Europe and the US. As with past disasters, it will not just be the growth of public opposition that hurts, but the retreat of potential financiers.
