Renexia (Toto Group) has transferred 95% of the share capital in the 24 MWp Monteboli solar PV park to RTR Acquisition II (RTR Group), it said October 25. The action completes a €90 million deal agreed in July. The Toto Group is to transfer the remaining 5% to RTR by May 30, 2013. RTR's installed capacity rises to 265 MWp as a result of the deal.A survey conducted among 200 members of solar industry association Anie/Gifi shows that the Italian PV industry has suffered a 24% drop in employment this year, with a further decline of 7% expected in 2013, mainly due to the economic crisis and regulatory changes. In 2011 the sector employed over 100,000 people (average age of around 35) and had a turnover of €13.5 billion.
