Alerion sells biomass plant stake

Italy's Alerion Clean Power has sold its 50% shareholding in Bonollo Energia and Bonollo O&M, the two companies that own and manage the 10.5-MW Anagni biomass power plant. In a July 10 statement, Alerion said that the plant, which has an annual production of 40 GWh, was sold to Distillerie Bonollo for €11.25 million.
