Following the initial investment last summer, some areas have already seen a significant increase in productivity; this is set to increase further as three additional new robots were recently installed in the factory. The implementation of the latest robotic equipment to optimise capacity during busy trading periods, two plasma cutting machines and a dynamic parts storage system designed to increase manufacturing productivity are just a few of the improvements that have been made. This, coupled with planned stock building during quieter periods, ensures industry leading availability is guaranteed on all fast moving products.
