Earl Fischer is senior vice president of Dallas-based Atmos Energy Corporation and president of its Mid-Tex Division. The seven regulated divisions that he directs serve 3.2 million natural gas customers located in 1,500 communities in 12 states stretching from the Rocky Mountains in the west to the Blue Ridge Mountains in the east.
