Since Its Founding In 1965, The In-Plant Pipe Coating Association Has Strengthened Its Usefulness By Focusing On The Fundamental Objectives Of Encouraging Use Of Permanent Coating Facilities, Standardizing Application Specifications And Demanding High Workmanship And Ethical Standards. The National Association of Pipe Coating Applicators (NAPCA) observed the 40th anniversary of its founding in 2005 by delivering safety and reliability benefits to the worldwide pipeline and energy industries. As they have every year since NAPCA was founded in 1965, members were an influence for the better by striving to perform exceptional quality work in safe and healthy environments while encouraging consensus in areas of general concern.
