Upgrade To Becker Controllers Reduces Gas Losses In Pakistan

There are two large gas utilities in Pakistan, SSGC and SNGPL. Between the two gas companies they have a substantial pipeline network. These pipelines run on class 600 systems and follow the ASME codes. Several years ago, Marketing International Services Limited (MISL) demonstrated to the utilities the Becker gas controller to be used on their transmission pipelines. These transmission pipelines cut the pressure from 1,100 psi to around 60 psi so that the gas can be put into the distribution mains.
