Project Expected To Use Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean Pipeline

Most of Vankor's production is earmarked for export to China. Such a development will be made possible through the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline spur which is due to run from Russia's Far East to China's Heilongjiang province. The spur pipeline will have a capacity to carry 15 million tons a year of crude, with construction due to be completed by October 2010.
