NAPCA leadership has worked to meet another recommendation by engaging more relevant speakers for our Conventions and Workshops. As an example, the 2011 Convention includes a timely presentation by Dr. Donald McNeeley, President and Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Tube & Iron who will speak about Political and Economic Realities and the Absence of Outrage.
