Developments in technology applications for PE products

The use of polyethylene (PE) products for low and medium pressure gas distribution networks as a safe, durable and low-cost alternative to cast iron mains is. now well established throughout the world. More recently, developments in polymer technology have widened the application of PE products from a maximum pressure of up to 5 bar to as high as 8 to 10 bar.
