摘要

The inclusion complexation behaviour of L-tyrosine(L-Tyr) guest molecule with p-sulphonatocalix[6]arene (C6AS) molecular receptor has been investigated by fluorescence and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that C6AS forms 1 : 1 complexes with L-Tyr in water. Their stability constant determined by pectrofluorometric titration is 18,622 L mol−1. 1H NMR studies displayed that L-Tyr is encapsulated into the hydrophobic cavity of C6AS. In addition, the thermodynamic parameters for the complexation of C6AS with L-Tyr were determined by Van’t Hoff analysis. The obtained data further confirmed the binding mode of C6AS with L-Tyr.
