This Erratum was published online on 12 September 2008 with a typographical error in Eq. (11). Equation (11) should read as " P_β(q)=P_β~(cl)(q)[1-λβV″(q)]exp[λβ~2V′(q)~2/2] (11) ". The Erratum has been corrected as of 10 October 2008. The Erratum is incorrect in the printed version of the journal.
