Using information technology in construction management

The title of this presentation "Using Information Technology in the Management of Construction" was chosen as it is people who manage construction, not Information Technology (IT). In the same way that bulldozers and scrappers and drawings and reports do not manage our business, but our tools that assist the managing it. Information technology is the new tool that can be helpful in storing, accessing, manipulating and using information. It does not do the managing, they do not do the judgments and the decisions, but they can assist the manager in managing organizations and projects.
