The massive construction work on the 82-kilometer Northrail railway project, which will connect Caloocan City to the Clark Free Port in Pampaga, is now accelerating at a steady pace, following the resumption-of work in the first week of February.rnSecretary Edgardo Pamintuan, North Luzon Railways Corp. (Northrail) chairman, reported to President Arroyo during a recent Cabinet meeting at Clark that "every aspect, which would contribute to faster construction work will be explored and employed to cover for the delay of the project, which now runs to five years."
