Honeywell appeals approval of Washington DC fees, instead of NJ fees, for post-judgment work on site

Honeywell International Inc. appealed to the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 7 the decision approving the use of Washington, DC attorneys' fees instead of New Jersey fees for post-judgment and post-decree monitoring work by counsel for Interfaith Community Oranization in litigation arising from chromium contamination on adjacent properties in Jersey City, New Jersey.
