Allegheny Energy says nothing in PA and NJ's post-trial filing undermines its arguments on power plant modifications

Allegheny Energy Inc. asserted on May 9 that nothing in the post-trial reply of Pennsylvania and four other states undermines Allegheny's arguments at trial that modifications at three power plants did not trigger the Clean Air Acf s Prevention of Significant Deterioration permitting requirements. The case is in federal court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. (See issue of April 30, 2011 P. 5.)
