Defendants, Feldspar Investments, LLC, Feldspar Properties, LLC, and Ronald W. Satterfield have moved the Court to reconsider its Order entered on or about August 10th, 2012, and hereby submit this Brief in Support of Their Motion for Reconsideration. The Movants respectfully request the Court to reconsider and set aside the five-hundred dollar ($500.00) per day penalty assessed against them and also respectfully requests the Court to reconsider its determination that these Defendants have been in civil contempt of the prior orders of this Court. The Movants would show that before and after the recent July 19th, 2012, hearing, these Defendants had been attempting to procure the additional documents sought by the Plaintiffs.
