Delaware Riverkeeper agrees to dismiss challenge to water withdrawal permit in Marcellus Shale

Delaware Riverkeeper Network DRN) and Delaware Riverkeeper filed a stipulation of dismissal on June 17 in its lawsuit challenging the Delaware River Basin Commission's (DRBC) permit for Stone Energy Corp. to withdraw almost a million gallons of water daily from a river in the Marcellus Shale.
