Chesler of the District of New Jersey dismissed on Jan. 6 Heller Urban Renewal's claim that in purchasing property from Hartz Mountain, FER Boulevard Realty Corp. undertook Hartz's obligations under CERCLA and New Jersey environmental law to remediate hazardous substances on property that Heller is developing in Harrison Township, New Jersey.
